About Barkers The Bakers
Barkers The Bakers is a bakery in Lowedges, Dronfield, found at 122 Lowedges Road, S8 7LD. Expect the traditional bakery line-up – savouries for lunch, bread for the week and cream cakes for a treat. It is one of 3 Barkers Bakery locations we list across the UK.
Opening hours for this Barkers The Bakers branch are not in the sources we use. Chain branches usually keep regular high-street hours, but times vary by location, so check before a special trip. Food hygiene officers from Sheffield rated it 5 – Very good when they inspected on 29 January 2026.
Rail links are some distance away – Dore and Totley station is about 1.5 mi off – so plan to drive, cycle or catch a local bus. It is not the only option nearby: there are 3 more bakeries within a kilometre, so a bakery crawl is easily done. It is about 1.4 mi from the centre of Dronfield.
